We have personally sourced all the meat available at our butchery from within 10 miles of the store, working with local farmers to bring you the best quality cuts of meat at the most competitive prices.

WELCOME TO OUR BUTCHERY
Our beef has been hung for 28 days resulting in a delicious flavour and incredible texture and at a great price as well, what’s not to enjoy? If you are after something special, then look out for pedigree beef from Todenham Manor Farm. Our pork has been hung for 7 days allowing the flavour to really develop, plus we are also stocking rare-breed pork from local farms and award-winning free range British chicken from Adlington.
Our lamb has all been selected from local farms, to ensure a great taste, as well as a great price. All our chicken is British and make sure you try one of Tim’s specialities – chicken breast with pesto & cream cheese, delicious!
The butchery is open seven days a week and opens until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays – ultra convenient for picking up great value locally sourced meat when you want it.
Tim Grazier, our master butcher has over 35 years’ experience in the butchery trade and prides himself on being an old-fashioned butcher where personal service is the key. He will freshly prepare meat to your specification and can offer advice on the right cuts and cooking techniques for your recipes.
