Cotteswold Dairy

Founded in 1938 by Harry Workman, Cotteswold Dairy is a truly local, family business, based in Tewkesbury. What started out as a 30 gallon milk round has quickly grown over the years to become a fully fledged business, with the company sourcing milk from around 40 local farmers. The company has gone from strength to strength with Harry’s son Roger joining the company in 1965 and grandson George joining in 1991 and the purchase of a dairy in Cheltenham.

Although the company has grown in size, it still adheres to Harry’s original founding principles – real service to the customer and top quality products. The company has gone on to win a Taste of the West award for its organic milk, and runner-up in the Family Company of the Year award for Cotswold Life magazine.
