The idea for Gloucester Brewery came about over a pint in a pub (what else?) and was formed by Jared Brown in 2011. It is now housed in a converted stables in the historic Gloucester Docks and has grown a huge following thanks to a careful combination of quality hops and traditional fermenting processes.
Only four ingredients are needed for quality craft beer: hops, malt, yeast and water and you’ll only ever find 100% natural, fresh ingredients in Gloucester Brewery beers.
There are four core beers and two seasonal beers available all year round: Priory Pale, Gloucester Gold, Mariner, Cherry White and Dr Fosters Puddle and Spice and Dockside Dark. A range of more experimental craft beers is available throughout the year.
