Over the last six months, customers at Warner’s Budgens in Moreton-in-Marsh have been supporting Longborough Primary School through the Warner’s Budgens Community Savings Scheme. Every time a customer spends over £10 in store, they receive a Community Savings token which is then converted into cash for local projects.

Warner's Budgens wins at the Retail Industry Awards!

Warner’s Budgens were delighted to receive two awards recently at the Retail Industry Awards, the ‘Oscars of the retail sector’.  Our Bidford store won Post Office Retailer of the Year while our Moreton store won Independent Retailer of the Year (over 6,000 sq ft) at the event which took place at the Grosvenor Hotel in London.

Tag Rugby Fun Day!

Budding rugby players took part in a Tag Rugby Fun Day at Stow-on-the-Wold rugby club yesterday, sponsored by Warner’s Budgens. In total, 24 teams consisting of 180 girls and boys from local schools in the area attended the event. The event was run as a Fair Play competition, with teams competing in a mini tournament of six-minute matches on four pitches.

Pupils at Cleeve Prior Primary started the new term on a full stomach with a helping hand from Warner’s Budgens. As part of the school’s ‘Big Breakfast’ fund-raiser, we donated bacon, sausages and bread rolls to ensure pupils, staff, parents and carers enjoyed a hearty start to the day.
